The Northern Nevada Chapters of IREM and CREW have joined forces to bring you a progressive, timely presentation regarding DEI – which stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace. Our speakers will first share with us what DEI means and how it works in today’s modern workplace culture. We’ll also explore the benefits of promoting DEI which include increased profitability, a larger talent pool, improved employee engagement, innovation and employee loyalty. You don’t want to miss this cutting-edge luncheon!

Nicole Harvey Nicole is a local activist and is a former law practitioner focusing on employment law. She is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Dragonfly. Nicole will provide real-world examples of DEI in the workplace and the legal perspective. She will also speak on her personal ventures into fighting for equity and inclusion in the workplace and world. |
Neil Cadman, CPM Los Angeles-based CPM® Neil Cadman is a 30-year commercial real estate investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He started Cadman Group in 1995 with the goal of creating a boutique commercial real estate and property management firm for investors who were seeking a trust-worthy customer-based leader to manage their properties. He joined IREM’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board and looks forward to helping them grow their scope and expand their cause. |
Jennifer Chambers Jennifer Chambers is on the CREW Network DEI committee and will be presenting the most recent Benchmark Study conducted on behalf of CREW Network. This study explores all aspects of DEI – where we’re at and where we’re headed. Jennifer is a Partner at Plante Moran, which is among the nation’s largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms, providing clients with audit, tax, business consulting and wealth management services. |
