Ben Galles Vice President LOGIC Commercial Real Estate

Will Austin is the Director of Market Analytics at CoStar Group specializing in Sacramento, Reno and the Central Valley, where he analyzes and reports on market fundamentals for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily commercial real estate for a variety of platforms. Prior to his current role he led the research teams first at CBRE and then Cushman & Wakefield covering similar geographies providing market intelligence to brokers, owners, and occupiers.  He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sociology from Trinity College and California State University, Fullerton, respectively and an MBA from the University of California, Davis.

Ben Galles is a Vice President with LOGIC Commercial Real Estate and brings more than 17 years of experience to the firm specializing in multi-family investment sales. As a multi-family specialist, Ben has a diverse real estate background in the strategic processes that work behind the scenes; culminating in numerous successful transactions. Prior to joining Logic, Ben was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Ben obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management with and emphasis in accounting from the University of Nevada Reno.
