With recent disasters such as Maui and Turkey top of mind - it's important that property managers are prepared to jump into action when it comes to disaster response. What is done and is not done in the first 48 hours after a disaster event influences how successful the entire recovery process will be, including impacts on costs, timelines, and interruption of operations. Initial options are often determined by actions taken well before the event occurs. The presentation uses real-world examples of large and small disasters and explores several intriguing ways that the 80/20 rule applies to both disaster pre-planning and to initial recovery efforts.
Space is limited - RSVP early! Lunch is provided.
